HomeSchool Hop and Beautiful Blogger Award

This post has two parts I want to share....

Theme 1: All About Me


This is Me!

I am a homeschooling mom as well but not in the traditional sense of the word - instead I teach teachers from home and I am a mom of a grown up daughter. But my house is always full of nieces and nephews ranging from age 15 months to 24 years old and there are days when the books are all thrown on the kitchen table and living room couch so I can help with homework! 


I have been married for 26 years and have one daughter who is now age 23 and married to a wonderful young man. My husband and I own a construction company and live in Indiana. Currently, I am in the process of writing a series of children's songs along with a series of children's books to go along with my songs.


I like to hook up home school moms because it allows me to stay in touch with the priorities, values, needs, concerns, gifts, and talents that so many loving and dedicated parents bring to their children at home. I get to learn more about what I do from you and because of that, I become a better teacher and leader in the field of early childhood education.
