Busy Bee
Busy, busy bee
Busy, busy bee
Buzzing round the apple tree.
Busy, busy bee
Busy, busy bee
Stay away and don't sting me!
Buzzzzzz, Ouch!
Repeat song
Play the busy bee game!
- Have the children all stand in a circle and hold hands.
- Lift up arms to make a big tree.
- Choose one child to be the busy bee.
- While you sing the busy bee song, the busy bee goes in and out of the circle tree (or around the circle).
- When the song says... "buzzzz, ouch!" ... the busy bee stops and stings (tags) the child he or she is closest too and now you have a new busy bee.
- Keep playing until everyone gets to be a busy bee!
